01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing tazoduxv.com or enrolling in our professional language programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Tazoduxv Language Institute.
Use of this site is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense under Mexican law.

- Students must provide accurate identification and contact information during registration.
- Academic materials provided by the institute are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Users agree not to disrupt the digital security or data integrity of our platforms.
02. Academic Protocols
View Quality StandardsProgram Enrollment
Enrollment is subject to placement testing and availability. Tazoduxv Language Institute reserves the right to adjust schedules or instructor assignments to maintain our educational standards. Course fees are payable in full prior to the start date unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
Intellectual Property
All curriculum designs, specialized vocabulary databases, and digital learning assets displayed on tazoduxv.com are the exclusive property of the Institute. Reproduction, distribution, or transformation of these assets without written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of withdrawal must be submitted 10 business days prior to the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within the 10-day window are subject to an administrative fee of 25% of the total tuition cost. No refunds are available once the course has commenced.
03. Legal Framework & Limitations
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Puebla, Mexico. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Puebla City.
Disclaimer
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tazoduxv Language Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our website or educational services.
